摘要
以超低浓度乙酸作为催化剂对玉米秸秆进行预处理,考察不同温度和水解时间对秸秆水解效果的影响。结果表明:超低浓度乙酸对秸秆的水解具有较好的催化作用,当乙酸浓度为0.08%、温度为150℃、反应时间为60min时,水解液中葡萄糖、木糖、阿拉伯糖和乙酸的浓度分别达到13.38、17.07、5.33、11.86 g/L,而抑制物糠醛的浓度仅为0.2971 g/L。依据Saeman模型,计算得到木聚糖水解和木糖降解的动力学参数:活化能分别为110.57、118.97 k J/mol。
Acetic acid with ultra-low concentration was used as the catalyst for the pretreatment of corn stover, the effects of different temperatures and times on hydrolysis were studied. The results showed that acetic acid with ultra-low concentration has good catalytic effect on the hydrolysis of corn stover. With acetic acid concentration of 0.08% , temperature of 150 ℃ and reaction time of 60 rain, 13.38 g/L glucose, 17.07 g/L xylose, 5.333 g/L arabinose and 11.86 g/L acetic acid were got in the hydrolyzate, while the concentration of inhibitor furfural was only 0.2971 g/L. According to the Saeman model, the kinetic parameters for xylan hydrolysis and xylose degradation were calculated, and activation energies were 110.57 and 118.97 kJ/mol, respectively. The research provides a cost-effective pretreatment technique and method for the realization of industrialized biogas with corn stover.
