摘要
设计了一种用于冷却实验室设备的小型液冷系统,采用了压缩制冷和空气冷却复合的形式。该系统通过电磁阀的通断切换压缩制冷和强迫风冷模式,并运用各种传感器对温度、压力、流量进行调节和控制。该系统具有节能、可靠性高、结构紧凑、维护方便、换热效率高等优点。
A small - scaled liquid cooling system which combined compressed refrigeration mode together with air cooling mode for a experimental device was presented. The hand off between the two modes could be controlled by the solenoid valve in the system. And the temperature, pressure, flow rate could be adjusted and controlled by using various sensors in the system. Therefore, this system had great advantages of energy - saving, high reliability, compact structure, easy maintenance, and nice heat exchange efficiency. This paper presented anminiature cooling equipment for laboratory with liquid - cooling system, which used a compressor refrigeration and air cooling in the form of complex. In cooling mode, the system used the electromagnetic on - off value to control the compressor and the cooling fan, and used various sensors to adjustment and control the temperature, pressure and flow rate. With a result, the system has a lot of advantages of energy - saving, high - reliability, compact structure, easy maintenance, high efficiency heat exchanger and so on.
