摘要
研究了复杂产品集成化设计系统的开发流程和系统功能,并以驱动桥产品的设计为例,基于Client/Server(C/S)和Browser/Server(B/S)混合开发模式,提出了驱动桥集成化设计系统的开发流程;开发出车辆驱动桥集成化设计系统;构建了系统的框架结构,对组成系统的各个功能模块进行了详细介绍。该系统具有支持驱动桥的结构参数优化、零部件三维参数化设计、CAE和网络数据查询等功能。通过实例对开发的驱动桥集成化设计系统进行了验证。
The system function and development piocess of integrated design were synthetically researched. This paper proposed development process of vehicle drive bridge integrated design system based on Client / Server ( C / S) and Browser / Server ( B / S) mixed development model, developed an integrated design system of the vehicle drive bridge ; built a framework structure of this system, and described the various components of this system modules in de- tail. This system has the function of supporting the optimization of structure parameter the, 3D parametric design of components, and queries of CAE and network data. Through an example of developing of the vehicle drive bridge , inte- grated design system has been validated.
