摘要
目的总结选择性输卵管造影及再通术介入治疗的护理方法。方法对3 300例输卵管阻塞性患者进行选择性输卵管造影及再通术介入治疗,按术前、术中、术后三个阶段有针对性地开展护理。结果输卵管再通成功率达92.58%,术后无严重的并发症。结论充分关心和尊重患者,注重心理护理、病情观察、并发症的护理及健康指导,耐心细致讲解输卵管介入治疗的相关知识,从而降低患者心理压力和疑虑,融洽护患关系,提高患者的依从性,降低再通术的并发症,提高了治疗效果。
Objective To summarize the nursing care method for the patients with interventional therapy of selective salpingography with fallopian tube recanalization .Methods Targeted nursing cares were taken for 3300 cases of patients during the preoperative , operative and postoperative phases of selective salpingography with fallopian tube recanaliza -tion.Results The successful rate of fallopian tube recanalization reached 92.58%, with no severe complica-tions.Conclusions The patients were respected and treated by being provided with psychological cares , observations , complication cares and health guides .The related knowledge of interventional therapy was instructed to the patients there -fore their psychological pressures and doubts were declined , the relationships between patients and doctors were im-proved , complications were reduced , which leads to successful operation results .
