摘要
为研究更一般的休假排队,在单重休假和多重休假排队基础上研究带有不耐烦顾客的M/G/1 K-重休假排队,其中顾客的不耐烦时间服从定长分布;利用母函数法和Laplace-Stieltjes变换的方法,得出该系统平均休假期长度和平均忙期长度解析式,进一步计算得出忙期开始时系统平均顾客数的解析表达式以及服务完成时刻系统中平均顾客数的母函数等性能指标的解析表达式,并对性能指标进行了分析.
In order to study more general queue with vacation, this paper considered an M/G/1 queueing system with impatient customers and variant of K-police vacation which includes both a single vacation and multiple vacations In this queue system where customers' impatient time is fixed-length distributed, and derived closed-form expressions of the mean length of a vacation period and the busy period by using the method of probability generating function and Laplace-Stieltjes transform. Furthermore this study obtained the closed-form expressions of the number of customers at a start of a busy period and the probability generating functions of the number of customers at a service completion instant. In addition this study obtained the closed-form expressions for other important performance measures and analysis about these performance measures.
