摘要
目的分析当前医院人事档案管理的现状，探讨信息化手段管理档案的必要性及优势，提出相应对策。方法分析近年医院人事档案管理方面的实践、现行的档案管理方法与模式。结论信．息化手段是实现医院人事档案的精细化管理与控制的必要手段。
Objective The present study was conducted to analyze the personnel management actuality, explore the necessity and advantages of informatization construction of the administration of personnel archives and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Methods Analyze the practice and the existing models of personnel archives management in recent years. Conclusion The informatization construction of the administration of personnel archives is imperative.
