摘要
构建中小企业电子商务绩效的影响因素分析框架,并以佛山市顺德区112家中小企业为样本进行实证分析。实证研究结果发现,企业电子商务战略规划能力、企业组织管理对电子商务绩效有显著的正向影响;而企业技术支持对电子商务绩效的影响则不显著。企业在实施电子商务过程中,应重视自身电子商务战略规划,同时注重自身的组织管理,以提升电子商务绩效。
This paper proposes an analytical framework for the analysis of factors affecting SMEs' E-business perfor- mance and carries out an empirical study based on 112 SMEs in Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. The results show that: strategic planning and orgnization management of E-business, have distinct positive impacts on E-business performance; Technical support has distinct negative impact on E-business performance. Hence, enterpris- es must put more emphasis on E-business strategic planning and organization management in order to improve the E-business performance.
