摘要 目的探讨预先演示法在手术室教学中的应用效果。方法将120名手术室实习护生随机分成两组,每组60名,观察组采用预先演示法,对照组采用传统教学法,比较两种方法对护生出科理论与操作考核成绩的影响。结果观察组护生理论与操作考核成绩85分以上分别占83.3%,75.0%;优于对照组的58.3%,50.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论预先演示法在提高护生的应变能力、操作能力及综合运用知识能力方面均优于传统教学法。 Objective To explore the application effect of demonstration in advance on operating room teaching. Methods One hundred and twenty student nurses were evenly divided into two groups in random.In observation group, demonstration in advance was applied,while in control group,traditional teaching method was provided.Influences on resuits of theoretical and operational assessment in these student nurses leaving the department by two different teaching methods were compared. Results Proportions of the student nurses achieving over 85 points in theoretical and operational assessment in the observation group were 83.3% and 75.0%, which were superior to those in the control group accounting for 58.3% and 50.0% respectively with statistical differences (P〈0.01). Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching method,demonstration in advance gets superiorities in improving student nurse's strain capacity,operational capacity as well as integrative skills of applying knowledge.
