考虑齿轮阻滞力矩的变速箱敲击噪声仿真与试验 被引量:16

摘要 为分析变速箱齿轮敲击噪声特性,建立某乘用车手动变速箱齿轮系的多体动力学模型,计入各齿轮对的时变啮合刚度、齿侧间隙、输入轴转速波动,并考虑由齿轮搅油阻力、齿面摩擦力、输出轴与空套齿轮内孔接触面的摩擦力引起的齿轮阻滞力矩作用,获得上档及自由齿轮对的啮合相对间距、角加速度、动态啮合力及轴承动态载荷,同时与不考虑阻滞力矩时的计算结果进行比较.结果表明,齿轮阻滞力矩的存在,可以改变自由齿轮的运动状态,并且明显减小自由齿轮的啮合接触力.根据在二档工况下获得的变速箱各个轴承动态载荷,计算变速箱壳体结构的振动响应,并利用试验测得结构表面的振动加速度,验证动力学仿真模型中得到的动态特性数据. In order to analyze manual transmission gear rattle, multi-body dynamics model of automotive manual transmission gear-train was established, considering the time-varying mesh stiffness, backlash, velocity fluctuation of the input shaft and drag torque resulting from oil churning, tooth friction and friction between the output shaft and the loose gear's inner surface. Then the relative motion between meshing gear teeth, angular acceleration and meshing forces of the loose gears and engaged gears were obtained, and also dynamical bearing loads. They were compared with the results without considering drag torque. It shows that drag torque can change the state of motion of the loose gears, and significantly reduce the Meshing forces of them. The vibration response of transmission housing was simulated using the dynamical bearing loads in the second gear ratio. And the simulation result of transmission housing's vibration acceleration was compared with transmission's surface vibration experiments. It verified the results of the dynamic characteristics of the dynamic simulation model
