摘要
基于国内碳金融市场的发展现状,分析了商业银行开展碳金融业务存在的机遇和风险,同时借鉴国外发展经验,提出商业银行进行碳金融业务创新的方向,以及风险管理的措施,提升中国碳金融业务的竞争力。
Based on current development of domestic carbon finance market, analyses were made of the opportunities and risks of commercial banks to expand carbon finance business. At the same time, based on the experience drawn from foreign carbon finance development, proposals are presented concerning the direction of carbon finance business innovation and risk management measures so as to enhance competitiveness of Chinese carbon finance business.
