摘要
目的确定蒲芍前列腺炎胶囊的乙醇提取最佳工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以丹参酮ⅡA和芍药苷提得量为指标,对乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间及提取次数4个影响因素进行考察,优选提取工艺。结果以80%乙醇加热回流提取3次,每次1.0 h,每次加醇量分别为6倍为提取条件时,所得丹参酮ⅡA和芍药苷最高,此为蒲芍前列腺炎胶囊的乙醇提取最佳工艺。结论优选出的最佳工艺条件经验证实验表明结果稳定,指标性成分含量高,可以用于投入生产。
Objective To optimize the conditions of the extraction technique for Pushaoqianliexianyan Capsules. Methods The ethanol extraction technology was studied by using orthogonal experiment, with content of Tanshinone ⅡA and Paeoniflorin as research index. Four factors were investigated including the concentration of ethanol, the volume of ethanol, the extraction time and the number of extracting times. Results The optimum condition of ethanol process for Pushaoqianliexianyan CapsulEs was that the crude herb powder was extracted by 3 times with 6-fold 80% ethanol for 1 hour. Conclusion The optimized process can be used for enlarged production with good repeatability and stable quality in samples.
