摘要
介绍了梯度功能材料的发展过程,同时根据梯度材料的原理研制了梯度自润滑滑动轴承,并介绍了梯度自润滑滑动轴承的优化设计方法及制备工艺,通过性能测试表明在相同工况条件下梯度自润滑轴承的承载能力、极限pv值、耐磨性及使用寿命等均明显优于均质自润滑轴承。
The developing process of functionally gradient materials and based 'poll its principle tO study on the gradient selflubricating sliding bearings is introduced. The optimum design method and manufacture process of gradient self-lubricating sliding bearings is discussed. The test results of behavior measure showed that the load carrying capacity, limiting pv value, wear resistance and service life is superior than that of homogeneous self-lubricating sliding bearings in the same condition.
