紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗方案治疗晚期食道癌的临床观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗方案治疗晚期食道癌的临床疗效。方法对90例晚期食道癌患者随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各45例,给予观察组患者紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗方案治疗,给予对照组患者5-氟尿嘧啶联合顺铂方案治疗,并对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率68.9%明显高于对照组46.7%(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论给予晚期食道癌患者紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗方案治疗可有效的提高治疗效果,临床效果显著,值得推广和应用。
