摘要
近年来,我国校园突发事件频发,而政府、媒体与公众之间尚缺乏有效的沟通机制,由此造成了一系列负面影响。本文以"公共危机沟通三角模型"理论为分析框架,就校园危机沟通的原则、策略、校园危机发言人制度的建构,以及政府对媒体与公众的引导与规范等方面提出了相应的对策建议,以期建构一种新型的、可操作性的政府、媒体与公众沟通机制。
In recent years, campus emergencies happened fre-quently in China,but there is no effective communication mecha-nism among the government, the media and the public, which re-sults in a series of negative effects. This paper took＂public crisis communication triangle model＂ theory as analytical framework, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put for-ward. on the principles of campus crisis communication, con-struction strategies, campus crisis spokesperson system, as well as the guidance and regulation of government to the media and the pubic and so on,to construct a new, workable government, media and public communication mechanism.
