摘要
文章借鉴自我领导理论,对上海高校大学生自我领导力进行了调查研究,试图探索大学教育应该如何完善和发展学生的自我领导能力,将对大学生的自我领导力干预引入真实的大学生活中,促使大学生在大学阶段实践自我领导力的行为策略、内在动机策略和建设性思维策略,成为优秀的自我领导者,以提升大学生的综合素质。
The research, based on self-leadership theory., carries out an investigation on the leadership of university students in Shanghai, aims to explore how university education should improve and develop sell-leadership of stndents. It introduces the intervention on self-leadership of university students into the real university life, and promotes university students to practise behavioral strategy, intrinsic motivalion strategy and eonstruetive thinking strategy of self-leadership at the university stage to become outstanding self-leaders as well as enhance the overall quality of university students.
