摘要
优势视角作为一种成熟的社会工作理论已逐步在各个领域得到广泛应用。分析高职院校"双困生"的成因及心理特征,充分运用优势视角理论指导工作实践,帮助"双困生"发现自身优势和特长,以消除因贫困等外因产生的复杂心理问题,可为建立健全大学生完善的社会化人格提供理论支持和实际帮助。
As a mature social work theory, the strengths perspective has gradually been widely used in various field. With the combination of author＇s working practice, this article analyzed the cause of the higher vocational college ＂Bi-disadvantaged Undergraduate＂ and its psychological characteristics. The article fully used the strengths perspective theory to guide practice, helped ＂Bi-disadvantaged Undergraduate ＂to find their own advantages and specialty in order to eventually eliminate their complex psychological problems produced by some external causes, such as poverty. The article also provided the theoretical support and practical help to establish and improve the socialized personality of college students .
