基于ADAMS自动打印机主体结构的运动学仿真

摘要 针对自动打印机的效率和准确度,利用三维建模软件SolidWorks,建立了自动打印机的实体模型,并通过软件ADAMS和SolidWorks的数据接口,导入到仿真软件ADAMS中,对其进行运动学仿真,实现了自动打印机实体模型稳定运行的全过程仿真,并对软件ADAMS的仿真结果进行了理论分析计算。结果表明,建立仿真模型的方法和仿真模型是正确和可行的;同时,也说明了ADAMS软件在产品开发中的重要作用,并且为自动打印机的动力学分析、控制及制造等奠定了基础。 In the actual problem,the efficiency and accuracy of automatic printer have always been the concern.In this paper,aimed at these problems,through establishing a SolidWorks structural model of an automatic printer which was moved from SolidWorks into ADAMS by the interface between ADAMS and SolidWorks,its kinematics simulation can be carried out,and the stable operation of the automatic printer can be realized in the whole process of simulation.The theoretical analysis and calculation of ADAMS simulation results showed that the method of the simulation model and simulation model was correct and feasible as well as the importance of the ADAMS in product development,it laid a good foundation for the kinetics analysis and the control of the automatic printer.
