国际标准IEC 61000-4-2:2008(第2.0版)Electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)-Part 4-2:Testing and measurement techniques--Electrostatic discharge immunity test,中文名称:电磁兼容性(EMC)--第4-2部分:试验和测量技术-静电放电抗扰度试验,在2008年12月1日发布并实施。与上一版本比较下列几项:试验电压波形、试验设备、试验设备的校验程序、试验配置等几个方面有了一些变化。该文从静电放电发生器的技术要求、校准方法、测试布置三个方面进行新老版本的比较,并分析其改变的原因。
