基于ARM的海水痕量元素分光光度计

摘要 为了监测海洋环境,研制了一种自动控制和分析海水中营养盐与重金属等痕量元素的仪器。采用流动注射分光光度法,以嵌入式ARM处理器为核心,移植了Linux操作系统,以LCD作为人机交互显示,触摸屏或USB鼠标作为输入控制,采用CAN现场总线进行设备管理。经测试,该仪器满足通用性、重用性及可扩展性等需求,实现了分析自动化,可对亚硝氮、硝氮、氨氮、磷、铁等元素进行测定,并成功应用于实验室、船载和原位分析,检测限为nmol/L级别。 In order to monitor the marine environment,an instrument that can automatically control and analyze the trace ele-ments such as nutrients and heavy metals in seawater was developed.In the system,flow inj ection spectrophotometry was used as a detection method.Based on an embedded Linux operating system,the instrument was embedded with an ARM processor.The instrument also had a human-computer interaction with LCD and input controller with touch screen or USB mouse.By using CAN bus and bus topology,a protocol of CAN application layer (CAL)was developed to form the control network of device.The practical test showed that the instrument had the versatility,reusability and scalability to achieve the automated analysis.The detection limit of the instrument was nmol/L.The instrument successfully measured nitrite,ni-trate,ammonia,phosphorus,iron and other elements for the laboratory,shipboard and in-situ analysis.
