摘要
针对模块化多电平逆变器(MMC)子模块电容电压的稳定情况将直接影响其工作性能的特点,对已有的MMC子模块均压控制策略进行改进,在四模块单相MMC基础上利用仿真软件Matlab/Simulink进行了仿真,并在以TMS320F2812为核心的控制平台上进行了实验验证,仿真及实验结果证实了改进子模块电压均衡控制策略的有效性和准确性。
For the own characteristic of modular multilevel converter:the performance of converter would be affected directly by the stability of each sub-modular,an improved sub-modular voltage balance control method was proposed in this paper base on the existing control strategies.A MMC topology with four modules was simulated according to the software MATLAB/SIMULINK,and the experiment was implemented base on TMS320F2812,then the validity and accuracy of the proposed control strategy was demonstrated by the simu-lation and experimental results.
