摘要
针对当前局限于单个环节的电能量管理已越来越难以满足电网发展需求的现状,提出了基于海量实时数据中心的全生命周期电能量管理的构想,重点对统一信息模型、海量实时数据中心、大数据分析与处理技术这3个实现电能量全生命周期的关键技术进行探讨。结合国家电网公司近年来在海量实时数据中心构建方面取得的研究理论及在项目建设过程中总结的实践经验,分析了电能量全生命周期管理在提高管理精益化水平、降低系统建设成本、促进节能环保、保障电力安全、提升供电质量和可靠性等方面可能创造的效益以及在故障定位、线损管理等领域的应用方向。
In view of the current energy management limited to a single link has become increasingly difficult to meet the current needs of power grid development,this paper puts forward an idea of total life-cycle energy management based on massive real-time data center,it mainly focuses on the three key technologies,the uni-fied information model,real-time data center,massive data analysis and processing technology.Combined with the theory and practical experience of China State Grid Corp in the process of proj ect construction of massive real-time data centers in recent years,it analyzes the possible benefits and applications of total life-cycle energy management in raising the lean management level,reducing the cost of construction system,promoting energy saving and environmental protection,protecting the safety of electricity,improving the quality and reliability of power supply,fault positioning and line loss management.
