摘要
文章从关联的角度研究了口译学习和实践中常用的听辨策略。关联理论将交际视为明示推理的过程,口译作为一种特殊的交际形式包含两个这样的过程。文章首先从关联的视角对口译交际和口译听辨过程进行了描述,提炼出了影响听辨效果的三个因子,即:口译员认知语境、辨音解码所需能量和信息存储所需能量;在此基础上从"口译交际开始之前"和"口译交际过程之中"两个时间维度阐释了各种策略通过作用不同因子影响听辨效果的机制,从而解释了这些策略的理论合理性。
The paper studies the strategies related to listening comprehension in interpretation learning and practice from the perspective of Relevance Theory.Relevance Theory deems communication as an ostensive-inferential process.Interpretation,as a special kind of communication,involves two rounds of such processes.This paper begins with a description of interpretation and its listening comprehension process within the relevance theory framework which presents three influencing factors of listening comprehension results,namely,interpreter's cognitive environment,central nerve energy needed by decoding for listening and central nerve energy needed by information storing.On that basis,the paper identifies each strategy' s mechanism for improving listening comprehension in interpretation from two time dimensions of preinterpretation stage and during-interpretation stage,thus explaining the validity of those related strategies.
