摘要
基于地质资料目录数据,面向全国范围(本次研究暂无台湾和南海部分数据)和重点区域的地质调查工作程度空间评价工作需求,以空间分析为技术手段,提出了地质调查工作程度CIP量化评价模型。该模型包括"覆盖度"、"调查强度"、"工作精度"三个评价指标,具有数据自动获取、评价区域动态可选、评价方式容易实施、评价结果直观量化的特点。将CIP模型应用于国土资源部地质资料信息集群化共享服务平台提供服务的地质资料目录数据,进行区域地质调查工作程度评价试验,试验结果同全国地质调查工作程度数据库比较,准确率为71.82%。CIP模型可作为现有地质工作程度评价方式的补充和参考,也可以为地质调查区域选取提供支持。
A new Coverage Intensity Precision (CIP) spatial model was proposed for quantitative evaluation of the exploration level of national geology survey. The CIP model was based on open catalogue data of geology survey documents and combined coverage, intensity, precision indexes together. Compared with other models, CIP model has many advantages, including easily accessible input data, suitability for different targeting evaluation units, easiness of implementation, and quantitative and visual model output. Applying CIP model to the catalogue data of geology survey documents from the national geology clustered service platform of the Ministry of Land and Resource, the CIP model produced a quantitative evaluation result, which achieved a 71.82% of accuracy compared with the evaluation result based on the national geology survey exploration level database. The CIP model can be used as a complimentary method for the evaluation of geology survey, and can also be used to support the selection of priority geology survey regions.
