摘要
目的了解医院住院患者医院感染现患率情况,为制定医院感染的预防控制措施提供依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,对某医院2013年8月15日24 h内住院患者医院感染现状进行调查。结果调查当日实查住院患者1 582例,发生医院感染患者352例、369例次,医院感染现患率为22.25%、例次现患率为23.32%。其中医院内获得感染41例、48例次,感染现患率2.59%,例次现患率2.97%;发生社区感染311例、321例次,社区感染现患率19.66%、例次现患率20.29%。感染部位均以下呼吸道为主,病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主。调查日抗菌药物使用率44.50%,治疗用药患者病原学送检率26.37%,病原菌检出阳性率为33.33%。结论该医院的医院感染现患率较低,主要来自社区感染较多,住院患者标本送检率有待提高。
Objective To investigate the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection in inpatients, so as to offer evidences for the precautionary measures against infections in hospital. Methods The cross - sectional survey method was used to inves- tigate the condition of nosocomial infection of hospital cases, who was in hospital on Aug 15, year 2013. Results A total of 1582 patients were investigated. The number of patients with nosocomial was 352, and there were 369 cases with nosoeo- mial. The prevalence rate and case prevalence rate of nosocomial infection were 22. 25% and 23.32% respectively. The number of patients with hospital acquired infection was 41 and 48 cases. The prevalence rate and cases prevalence rate of hospital acquired infection were 2. 59% and 2. 97% respectively. The number of patients with community - acquired infec- tion was 311 and 321 cases. The prevalence rate and cases prevalence rate of community - acquired infection were 19.66% and 20. 29% respectively. The lower respiratory tract was the most common infection site in nosocomial infected patients and the main pathogen was Gram - negative bacteria. The average usage rate of antibacterial agents was 44. 50% on the survey day. Examination rate of pathogens among patients with antibacterial agents for treatment was 26. 37%. The detec- ted positive rate of pathogens was 33.33%. Conclusion The prevalence rate of nosocomial infection in the hospital was lower than that of community - acquired infection. The specimen submission rate of inpatient in this hospital should be im- proved.
