摘要
以DII作为数据来源,通过对专利权人、技术分布、高被引专利的计量分析,得出4G通讯技术从2009年开始呈现飞跃性的增长趋势。现阶段,4G通讯技术着重分布在无线通信网络、传输、多路复用通信、数字信息的传输、选择及G类的电数字数据处理等方面。韩国已经超越日本和美国成为4G通讯技术的领先者。我国的4G通讯技术在世界竞争中还处于赶超阶段,在专利研发活动中仍受到三星等公司的影响与制约。
Based on DII database, this article assesses the 4G communication technology by patentometric methods. It is found that 4G communication technology shows a frogleap growth from 2009 ; the important domains focus on the wireless communication network, transmission, multiplexing communications, transmission and choice of digital information, and electric digital data processing. In 4G communication technology development, South Korea has surpassed Japan and the United States as the leader; in the worldwide competi- tion, China is still in the catch-up phase, its patent R&D activities are still affected by Samsung and other companies.
