双师联合带教对高职护生在ICU临床实习中的应用研究

摘要 目的:探讨双师联合带教模式对于提高ICU临床教学效果的作用。方法:将60名高职护理护生随机分为对照组和实验组各30人。对照组实施传统带教模式,实验组实施双师联合带教模式。结果:实验组护生ICU出科考理论成绩、操作成绩、ICU实习满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双师联合带教模式提高了实习效率和实习满意度,促进学校"双师型"教师的培养。 Objective: To explore the Dual-tutorial teaching to improve the ICU clinical teaching effectiveness. Methods: Two classes were selected randomly,one for control group and the other for experimental group,with each group having 30 students. The control group was taught with traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group was subjected to Dual-tutorial teaching. Results : The experimental group had higher cores of theoretical examination,operation test and satisfaction than the control group in ICU department examination( P 0. 05). Conclusion: The Dual-tutorial teaching improves the practice efficiency and satisfaction,to promote"double"teacher training.
