摘要
超高压水射流道路标志线清洗是目前很有效的标志线清洗工艺,然而研究发现目前国内超高压清洗公司凤毛麟角,清洗参数设置更是毫无依据。该文通过软件Fluent对超高压喷嘴不同水射流角度的流场进行了二维建模和数值模拟,分析了喷嘴流场压力分布与不同射流角度的关系。实验表明,30°入射角对道路斑马线清洗的清洗效果非常理想,为设计合理地去除道路标志线系统提供了重要的依据。
The ultra-high pressure water jet cleaning marker is the most effective cleaning technology for cleaning marker. However, it is found that company producing the ultra-high pressure cleaning equipment is extremely rare in China and it is also no basis for parameter settings. The two-dimensional modeling and numerical simulation is carried out by the software Fluent on the flow field of high pressure nozzles with different water jet angles. The relationship between the distributions of nozzle flow field with different jet angles is analysed. Experiments show that, the result of cleaning marker by the incidence angle of 30 degrees is the most ideal, which supplies a reasonable system design with an important basis for the removal of road marker.
