摘要
采用仿真的方法对管道中因阻塞对气流流量的影响进行了系统的研究,对管道阻塞各影响因素进行了归类分析,通过仿真模拟的方式分析各影响因素对管道流量的影响程度,据此探索出流体处于壅塞状态下各主要影响因素与阻塞流量的关系,并根据大量仿真实验数据及流体力学基本理论推导出阻塞流量模型。该文所提出的有关数据、经验模型已经应用于用于管道阻塞的特征线法检测中,可直接在管路阻塞检测中使用。
In this paper, the simulation method is used to study the airflow impact of pipeline blocking. Blockage factors of pipeline are classified to analyze the degree of influence of each factor on the pipeline flow through simulation. Then we explore the relationships between the major factors and blocking flow on the condition of chocked flow. The blocked flow model is deduced according to a large number of hydrodynamics simulation data and the basic theory of fluid mechanics. The data presented in this paper and the empirical model have been used in the characteristic detecting method for pipeline blocking, can be used directly in the pipeline blockage detection.
