摘要
讨论了基于图像处理的输电线路导线覆冰厚度测量原理,针对现有利用图像处理技术检测输电线路覆冰厚度的不足,提出一种新的输电线路导线覆冰厚度测量方法。该方法对采集到的输电线路导线图像进行实时处理,采用中值滤波对覆冰图像进行处理,既较好地去除了噪声,又避免了边界的模糊;在边缘检测上采用Canny算法,能够尽可能多地标识出图像中的实际边缘;将分类器和等矩取点配对机制融合到Hough变换算法中,减少了Hough变换的存储量,提高了Hough变换的可靠性及算法的准确率;提取边缘轮廓测量输电导线的覆冰厚度。通过实验分析,该方法提高了边缘测量的准确度,具有一定的应用前景。
The icing thickness measuring principle of trans mission lines is discussed based on image processing. A new method of measuring icing thickness is proposed for trans mission lines to overcome the limitation of current technolo gies. The image of transmission line is realtime processed by this method, and the icing image is disposed by using of me dian filtering, which removes the noise better than other fil ter method and avoids the fuzzy boundary. The actual image edge can be identified as much as possible in edge detecting by using Canny algorithm. Improved Hough transform method is blended in classifier and equal matricematching mechanism, which reduces the storage of Hough transform, and improves the reliability of the Hough transform and the accuracy of the algorithm. The icing thickness of transmis sion line is measured by the extracting of edge contour im age. The experimental results show that the method im proves the accuracy of extracting contour image and has cer tain application prospect.
