摘要
本试验旨在研究维生素B1对5~15周龄鹅营养物质利用率、肠道形态及微生物菌群的影响。试验选用5周龄青农灰鹅360只,随机分为6个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10只鹅(公母各占1/2)。各组维生素B1的水平分别为0.8、2.6、4.4、6.2、8.0、9.8 mg/kg。试验期11周。结果表明:饲粮中添加不同水平维生素B1能够极显著提高鹅对饲粮营养物质的利用率(P〈0.01);显著(P〈0.05)或极显著(P〈0.01)提高15周龄各肠段肠长指数和肠体指数;显著降低15周龄盲肠内容物大肠杆菌 的数量(P〈0.05),显著(P〈0.05)或极显著(P〈0.01)增加15周龄双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌的数量;显著(P〈0.05)或极显著(P〈0.01)增加空肠绒毛高度和绒毛高度/隐窝深度,降低隐窝深度和肠壁厚度。由此可见,5~15周龄鹅饲粮中添加适宜水平维生素B1能够促进肠道发育和有益菌群增殖;鹅肠道形态变化与饲粮中营养物质利用率密切相关。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of vitamin B1 on nutrient digestibility, intestinal morphology and microbial flora of geese aged from 5 to 15 weeks. Three hundred and sixty five-week-old Qingnonghui geese were randomly divided into six treatments with six replicates per treatment and ten geese (half male and half female) per replicate. The levels of vitamin B1 in each group were 0.8, 2.6, 4.4, 6.2, 8.0 and 9.8 mg/kg, respectively. The experiment lasted for 11 weeks. The results showed as follows: different levels of vitamin B1 in diet significantly increased dietary nutrition digestibility of geese (P〈0.01), and also significantly increased the intestinal length index (P〈0.05) and the intestinal body index of intestinal segment (P〈0.01) of geese at 15 weeks of age. The different vitamin B1 levels in diet significantly decreased the number of Escherichia coli in cecum of geese at 15 weeks of age (P〈0.05), and significantly increased the number of Bifidobacterium (P〈0.05) and Lactobacillus (P〈0.01) in cecum of geese at 15 weeks of age. The different vitamin B1 levels in diet significantly increased villus height (P〈0.05) and villus height/crypt depth (P〈0.01), and reduced crypt depth and intestinal thickness of geese at 15 weeks of age. In conclusion, the appropriate vitamin B1 level can promote intestinal development and proliferation of beneficial microorganisms of geese at 15 weeks of age. At the same time, intestinal morphology of geese is closely related to dietary nutrient availability.
