摘要
三相Z源并网逆变器有9个开关状态,电流换向过程相对复杂,对其换相过程的深入分析和了解有利于逆变器主回路的合理设计以及效率的提高。本文根据逆变桥上IGBT和缓冲电路的特性,通过例图定性分析了三相Z源并网逆变器的换相过程。并通过一套带三相Z源并网逆变器的永磁同步机风力发电系统上的实验证实了上述分析的正确性。
The three-phase Z-source inverter has 9 switching states,so its commutation is complicated relatively. In this paper,according to the properties of IGBT and snubber circuit in the phase leg,commutation process of the three-phase Z-source inverter is analyzed in detail by illustrations. The results of experiment on the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator( PMSG) wind generation system based on three-phase Z-source inverter verify the correctness of the analysis.
