摘要 针对由磨损、机械损伤等因素造成的动叶叶顶间隙变化对压气机性能的影响,以某已知参数的1.5级压气机为研究对象,采用NUMECA软件分别对不同大小的均匀及非均匀间隙情况进行了数值模拟。通过改变背压条件,设定均匀及非均匀情况下不同的叶顶间隙值,模拟了变工况下压气机的气动性能,绘制了压气机流量特性线;同时分析了不同叶顶间隙对内部流场及流动的影响。数值模拟结果表明:动叶叶顶间隙增大时压气机的效率、压比等出现了衰退,且不同间隙情况对性能衰退程度的影响也不同,这对压气机非设计工况下的性能预测具有一定的参考价值。 Aiming at tip clearance caused by the erosion and mechanical damage on the compressor performance,the different uniform and non-uniform tip clearance of 1.5 stage compressors were numerically simulated by NUMECA software.The compressor aerodynamic performance on variable operations was simulated,and the flow characteristics curve were obtained by changing the back pressure and giving the different tip clearance values on uniform and non-uniform situation.The effect of different tip clearance on the internal flow field and flow characteristics was analyzed.The numerical results indicate that there appears the performance degradation of the compressor efficiency and pressure ratio when rotor tip clearance increases.The degradation under different tip clearance condition is different,which provides certain reference value to performance prediction under off-design conditions.
