摘要
中国礼学思想经过了祭礼、礼学、礼治和礼仪四个阶段的发展,其合理因子至今仍对社会产生影响。其"不学礼,无以立"的培养伦理本位,"文质彬彬,然后君子"的培养目标,"人是礼仪的存在"的生活化培养途径,"克己复礼"的内外双行为培养准线,对现今以就业为导向、过度注重技术训练、忽视人文素质培养的职业技术教育尤具现实意义。
The ritual studies in China have undergone the four stages of development viz.sacrificial rites,theory of rite,rule of rite,and etiquette,the rational elements of which are still influential in today's world.The function of ritual studies should not be ignored in the cultivation of college students' humanistic quality.Especially its basis of"You must learn about rites before you establish yourself",target of "you must be civilized before you become a gentleman",method of"people live a ritual life",standard of"you must subdue yourself and return to propriety"are of great importance for the job-oriented vocational education which puts too much emphasis on technical training.
