摘要
基于珍珠纤维的功能特点,研究了双氧水对珍珠纤维的练漂前处理工艺。探讨了双氧水质量浓度、pH值、漂白温度和时间等工艺条件对处理后纤维白度、断裂强度和珍珠粉碳酸钙保留率的影响,通过正交试验优化漂白工艺。试验结果得到最佳的漂白工艺条件为:双氧水质量浓度5 g/L,pH 9,温度70℃,时间40 min,练漂后珍珠纤维具有较好的白度和断裂强度,又保证了珍珠纤维特点和功能。
According to functional characteristics of pearl fiber,this paper studies the scouring and bleaching pretreatment of pearl fiber with hydrogen peroxide and discuses effects of mass concentration of hydrogen peroxide, pH value,bleaching temperature and time on whiteness,breaking strength and retention rate of calcium carbonate of pearl fiber. The bleaching process was optimized through orthogonal experiment. The optimal conditions for bleaching process are gained as follows: mass concentration of hydrogen peroxide 5 g / L,pH value 9,bleaching temperature 70 ℃,bleaching time 40 min. After scouring and bleaching,pearl fiber owns good whiteness and breaking strength, while characteristics and functions of pear fiber are guaranteed.
