摘要
分析了汽车后座支架的冲压工艺,确定了包含多步弯曲成形的排样方案,介绍了后座支架多工位级进模的整体结构和主要零部件设计,为保证条料的同步移动和送料顺畅,模具采用浮动顶料机构。确定了级进模模具设计方案,该模具充分利用工件本身的结构特点,采用了自动卸料、出料、少废料冲裁,有效提高了材料利用率。试冲结果表明,提出的排样方案和设计的10工位级进模是合理可行的,能满足后座支架零件的大批量生产需要。
Through a stamping process analysis on the structure of the BRACKET-R/SEAT LAT STKR,a layout scheme of a progressive die for the part including multi-step bending was determined. The overall structure and design of the main parts of the die with multi-position punching and bending were presented.To assure the bar strip moving synchronously and running smoothly , lifting guide devices were used.Design scheme of the progressive die was determinate. The Molds took full advantage of the structural characteristics of the work piece itself,and adopted less waste material blanking,material giving out and discharging automatically process,which availably improved material utilization.The results show that the layout scheme and the 10 position progressive die are reasonable and feasible,and they are suitable for large-scale production of the automotive part.
