布地奈德雾化吸入对哮喘儿童血液CD4^+CD25^+Treg调节性T细胞和IL-4、IFN-γ水平的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察布地奈德雾化吸入对支气管哮喘患儿外周血Treg细胞比例和血清细胞因子IL-4、IFN-γ水平的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的40例哮喘患儿按照随机数字表法分成对照组和试验组(布地奈德雾化吸入组),每组20例。流式细胞仪检测治疗前后外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)中Treg的比例,ELISA方法检测治疗前后血清中细胞因子IL-4、IFN-γ水平。结果:两组治疗后Treg比例和血清IFN-γ水平较治疗前有显著增加,血清中IL-4水平显著减少,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但试验组治疗的变化较对照组更大,治疗后两组PBMCs中Treg比例及血清中IL-4和IFN-γ水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德可有效治疗儿童哮喘,其机制可能与促进Treg的产生,调节Th1/Th2平衡有关。 Objective:To investigate the influences of Budesonide inhalation on ratio of regulatory T cells in blood and serum IL-4,IFN-γconcentration of asthmatic children.Method: 40 asthmatic children were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Based on the basic treatment as control group, the treatment group was also given Budesonide inhalation. Flow cytometry was used to detect the Treg ratio in PBMCs. ELISA was used to detect the concentration of IL-4,IFN-γ in serum.Result: The changes of Treg ratio and IFN-γconcentration were significantly increased and the IL-4 concentration was significantly decreased after treatment of the two groups(P〈0.05). The difference of Treg ratio, IFN-γconcentration and IL-4 concentration between the two groups after treatment were all significantly significant(P&lt;0.05).Conclusion: Budesonide inhalation can treat asthmatic patients effectively, probably by advancing the number of Treg cells and improving dynamic equilibrium between Th1 and Th2.
