摘要
近年来,新兴的劳务派遣制用工形式在我国银行迅速发展。但这一制度因时间短,尚缺乏独立的立法和相配套的监管机制。政府应做好监管工作,完善立法,明确派遣机构、要派机构和派遣员工的权利义务,设立相关机构与劳动保障部门共同监察劳务派遣机构和用人单位。工会提供辅助,银行也要重视做好派遣员工的心理工作,为派遣员工营造公平、公正的工作环境。大学生在选择劳务派遣的就业形式时,要学会自我保护,保证自己应有的权益能够实现。
In recent years,the forms of employment in newly - emerged labor dispatching system is developing fast in the bank of our country. Owning to the short period,this system lacks independent legislation and necessary supervision mechanism. The government should not only improve the supervision,legislation and clarify the rights and duties of labor force dispatchment organization,the user firm and employees,but also establish relevant institu-tions,in line with the labor and social security departments,to monitor the labor dispatching agencies and employ-ers. Besides,the trade union should also provide assistance,and the bank must pay proper attention to the psycho-logical guidance of the employees by providing a fair,impartial working environments. Students have to learn to pro-tect themselves for their own interests when they choose the labor dispatching.
