摘要
为研究在周期性脉动流体作用下飞机液压管道的振动特性,分析周期性脉动流体引起管路系统振动机制,建立流体脉动压力影响液压管路振动特性的数学模型,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立某型飞机液压管路的三维模型。考虑不同管道材料和流体脉动因素对管路系统振动特性的影响。结果表明:周期性脉动流体容易引起液压管路剧烈的振动响应,管路材料刚度和管路长度直接影响液压管路振幅;液压管路在不同方向上的振动幅值存在差异,容易引起管路振动的不均匀性。
In order to figure out the vibration characteristic of the airplane hydraulic pipe under the periodic pulse fluid effect, the vibration mechanism was analyzed,the mathematical model of the vibration characteristic of the airplane hydraulic pipe was estab-lished,and ANSYS was used to establish the 3D model of the hydraulic pipe of a certain type of airplane.Different pipe materials and fluid pulsation influences on pipeline system were considered.The results show that periodic pulse fluid can cause the hydraulic pipe’s severe vibration,piping material stiffness and the pipeline length directly affect the amplitude of the hydraulic pipe.The vibration am-plitudes of the hydraulic pipe are different in different directions,which can cause inhomogeneity of the pipe’s vibration.
