摘要
基于期望差异理论分析医患信任危机的原因有:患方期望过高,患方实际感知满意度下降。据此,提出建立和巩固医患信任的对策:政府需制定合理的监管政策、督促医院客观承诺、促进患方合理期望的建立,社会各方力量联合普及医学知识、提高医疗风险意识、引导患方调整就医期望,医院应重视提高医务人员的沟通水平、体现人文关怀、改善患方就医感知,合理分布医疗资源、推动分级诊疗制度、满足患方就医需求,规范新闻宣传报道工作,坚持正确的舆论导向、增进患方良性认知。
Based on expectation disconfirmation theory, this article made an analysis on the causes of credibility crisis in doctor - patient relationship, including : too much expectior, and decreased real sense of satisfaction in patients. The corresponding countermeasures were put forward: the government needs to formulate reasonable regulatory policy, supervise and urge the hospital objective commitment, promote the establishment of the reasonable expectation, social forces joint popularization of medical knowledge, improve the medical risk awareness, guide with adjusted expectations, the hospital should pay attention to improve the level of medical staff communication, embodied humanistic care, improve medical perception of party, reasonable distribution of medical resources, promoting the classification system, meet the medical needs, standardize the news propaganda work, adhere to the correct public opinion guidance, promote to develop benign cognitive.
