摘要
为了解决作业车间瓶颈影响问题,提出了基于改进定向搜索算法的作业车间瓶颈控制研究.该研究建立了作业车间瓶颈问题模型,给出了以完工时间和设备利用率双目标因素的优化目标,在此目标基础上给出了作业车间瓶颈控制策略,给出了改进定向搜索的求解算法.最后给出了实例,验证了所提出控制策略的有效性.
To solve the problem of job shop bottleneck effect,a job shop bottleneck control research based on improved filtered-beam-search algorithm puts forward.Job-shop bottleneck problem model is set up,where a double object optimization goal concludes makespan and equipment utilization rate is given,job-shop bottleneck control model and control strategy are presented,improved filtered-beam-search algorithm is given.Finally,the effectiveness verification of control strategy is discussed in detail.
