摘要
伴随设计活动领域的不断扩大,设计成为支撑市场战略的技术要素之一。通过设计管理明确设计在企业内部独特的优势性,是中国企业提升市场竞争能力和企业形象的关键。归纳了企业经营活动中设计管理的五个形态,阐述了设计管理在企业经营中的作用和推进方法,进而指出能够将这五个层面首尾一致地展开设计管理的企业,可以称之为"设计主导型企业",这是中国制造业企业发展的必然之路。
With the growing scale of design activity,design has become one of the supporting technical elements in marketing strategy.Through the design management study,the dominance of design within the enterprise is defi ned,which is the key for Chinese enterprises to enhance the market competition power and corporate image.The design management in enterprise management activity is classifi ed into fi ve forms.Finally,it analyzes the role of design management in business operation as well as its promotion methods.
