摘要
分析了当代工业旧厂房所面临的窘境与尴尬,现今社会对工业旧厂房保护的意义和旧厂房的潜在价值。通过对国内外工业旧厂房优秀改造案例的分析与探讨,提出了较为先进的工业旧厂房保护、利用的模式与原则,进而对中国工业旧厂房的保护、利用等问题提出了相应的建议。
This paper analyzed the dilemma that contemporary old factories are facing and the signifi cance of protecting buildings which were left over by history.By developing case studies of reconstructing old factories both at home and abroad,we came up with some world＇s leading patterns and principles of protecting and utilizing old factories,and fi nally summarized the understanding of protecting and utilizing China＇s old factories.
