摘要 银媒介间接电化学氧化(Ag/MEO)技术是一种有机溶剂分解破坏的有效方法。本文采用小型氧化电解池和新鲜磷酸三异戊酯(TiAP)有机溶剂模拟研究了在含Ag+的HNO3溶液体系中氧化分解TiAP,包括电解氧化过程中阳极室HNO3浓度、操作温度等条件对Ag2+产生量的影响,以及影响Ag2+氧化分解TiAP有机溶剂的相关因素。研究结果表明,溶液中Ag+和HNO3浓度的提高有利于Ag2+的生成;操作温度的升高,不利于Ag2+的生成。最佳条件为:温度,40℃;HNO3浓度,8mol/L;电流密度,0.5A/cm2。在此条件下,8h可将99.9%的TiAP氧化分解。 A silver mediated electrochemical oxidation is a promising technique for the destruction of organic compounds. The destruction of spent organic solvent in nitric acid medium containing Ag^+ was studied by using a laboratory scale electrochemical oxidation cell and fresh 30% tri-isoamyl phosphate (TiAP). The factors affecting the generation of Ag^2+ and its capability to decompose TiAP were investigated, which include temperature, nitric acid concentration and current density. The results show that the generation of Ag^2+ increases with the concentrations of HNO3 and Ag^+ and reduces with the increase of temperature. It is also found that the destruction rate of TiAP is 99.9 % with a temperature of 40 ℃, a nitric acid concentration of 8 mol/L , and a current density of 0. 5 A/cm2^ for 8 h.
