摘要
目的观察自拟疏风通窍汤治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选取2012年10月至2013年9月收治的120例过敏性鼻炎患儿,采用随机数字表法随机分成2组,各60例。对照组给予口服鼻渊通窍颗粒冲服,治疗组给予自拟疏风通窍汤。结果对照组治愈32例,显效6例,有效7例,无效15例,总有效率为75.0%;治疗组治愈45例,显效8例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率为96.6%。2组总有效率比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论疏风通窍汤治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎临床疗效肯定,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made Shufengtongqiao Decoction in treating pediatric allergic rhinitis. Methods Selection in October 2012 to September 2013 treated 120 cases of children with allergic rhinitis, using the random number table method randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases each. The control group given oral biyuantongqiao particles, treatment group took self-made Shufengtongqiao Decoction. Re- suits The control group 32 cases were clinical cured, 6 cases were markedly effective, 7 cases were validity, 15 cases were invalid, with total effective rate of 75.0% ; the treatment group 45 cases were clinical cured, 8 cases were markedly effective , 5 cases were validity, 2 cases were invalid, with total effective rate of 96.6%. two groups have statistical significance （P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Shufengtongqiao Decoction was effective and without clinical reactions, it＇ s worth promoting to clinical use.
