摘要
为评价面向人员培训的虚拟维修训练过程,提出基于层次分析和熵权法的虚拟维修评价方法。方法以层次分析法为基础,构建指标评价体系,并确定初始权重;使用熵权法分析当前操作信息、标准信息以及历史操作信息,以确定修正权重;利用历史信息确定权重修正系数,三者结合实现指标权重的自适应调整,解决在学习后期,能力短板难以准确评价的问题。此外还设计了个人能力自测与水平能力考核两种考核评价模式,兼顾横向考核与纵向评价,实现了对虚拟维修过程的全面评价。该方法应用于某型虚拟维修训练系统,验证了方法的有效性。
In order to evaluate the process of virtual maintenance training, this paper proposes a sort of evaluation method based on AHP and Entropy Weight. The AHP is used to build evaluation index system and determine the initial weight. Entropy weight is used to analyse the current operation information, the standard information and the historical operation information to determine the correction weight. The historical operation information is also used to get the weight correction coefficient. The method combines the initial weight, the correction weight and the weight correction coefficient, achieves the self-adaptive adjusting of the weight and solves the problem that it is difficult to evaluate the weak spot during the later of training. Besides, the self-test mode and the ability test mode are designed to give consideration to the transverse and longitudinal evaluation. The method has successfully been applied to a certain type of equipment virtual training system.
