摘要
指出了目前高职院校部门工作绩效考核面临的几个问题,强调必须从创新高职院校内部管理体制与运行机制、提高部门科学化管理水平等方面提高思想认识,提出必须做好宣传发动、方案设计、试行实施等方面的工作,才能顺利推行部门工作绩效考核。
With the problems existing in the current sector performance appraisal of higher vocational colleges pointed out,the paper stresses that we must improve our understanding of the sector performance appraisal because it helps innovate the internal management system and operational mechanism and enhances the sectors＇ scientific management level. It argues that a successful implementation of the performance appraisal of college sectors entails the work of propaganda, scheme design and trial implementation.
