摘要
天然气从集气站到处理厂的输送过程中,由于压力、温度的变化,导致天然气中的水蒸气及重烃凝析出来,输气效率降低。当管线积液达到一定程度就会影响到管道的高效运行,此时就需要进行清管作业。通过几种公式化方法计算苏里格气田饱和天然气的含水量,并与实际清管积液值进行比较,优选了Mcketta-Wehe方法比较适合苏里格气田输气管线积液的估算,进而推得管线的清管周期,为现场输气管线的清管作业提供指导。
During the delivery process of natural gas from gas-collecting stations to the treatment plant,water vapor and heavy hydrocarbon of natural gas condensated and efficiency of gas transmission reduced. When effusion influences seriously efficiency of pipeline,tube will be cleared.This paper compared fluid value which calculated by several formulaic methods with real value in Sulige gas field,optimized Mcketta-Wehe method to calculate fluid of pipeline which is more suitable for Sulige gas field,by which to forecast pigging time. This will provide guidance for the on-site production.
