水平井分段压裂技术在长北气藏的应用 被引量:2

摘要 长北气藏属于低渗低压储层,为了提高低渗透气藏单井产量和采收率,通过对国内外水平井压裂技术进行调研,认为长北区块适合水平井裸眼封隔器加投球滑套分段压裂技术。2013年在CB-XX完成7段水平井分段压裂,压裂后试气产量达到120万立方米/天,为长北区块的高效开发提供了一种可靠的完井工艺和增产措施。压裂过程中加入化学示踪剂进行各段产能贡献分析,结果表明各段压裂效果良好,7段压裂层位都有产能贡献,且各层产能贡献比较均匀,达到设计要求。该井完井和储层改造方案设计合理,压裂改造效果显著,施工安全高效,今后可在该区块推广应用。 Changbei gas field belong to low pressure and low-permeability reservoir,in order to increase the single well production and production benefit,through conducting research on the horizontal well fracturing technology currently used both home and abroad,the open hole packer with sliding sleeve drop ball fracturing technology is proposed to applied in Changbei gas field, and it is tested in CB-XX well which performed 7 stage fracture. During well testing the production rate reached to 120×104m3/d,that is provides a reliable completion technology and stimulation approach for the development of horizontal well in Changbei gas field.During the fracturing operation injected various chemical tracer and analysis of every stage productivity contribution,the resulted show that 7 stage fracture effect is favorable,all have productivity contribution and more uniform, that is achieve the target.For this well the completion and stimulation design reasonable,effect remarkable and operation safely.In the future we can curry out and application this fracturing technology in Changbei gas field.
