摘要
唑类杂环化合物在农药、医药发展中具有重要作用。运用三组分串联aza-Wittig反应合成2-取代咪唑啉酮、喹唑啉酮及稠唑类杂环,为新型唑类杂环药物提供了一个更加有效的合成方法。
Heterozoles play an important role in the development of pesticides and medicines. The tandem aza- Wittig reaction with three components is extended to the synthesis of 2-substituted imidazolinones, quinazolinones and condensed heterozoles in order to present a more effective synthetic method for new pharmaceuticals of heterozoles.
