摘要
在提出一种新型导向啮合式起动机组成及工作原理的基础上,主要介绍了利用UG运动仿真环境自带的STEP函数,将新型导向啮合式起动机模型运动转化为UG仿真模块内的STEP函数运动控制,对这种新型起动机及其传动部件(飞轮)进行基于时间的运动控制仿真,从而获得各个运动部件和飞轮在不同时间段运动变化规律的特点,以方便设计者更好地掌握这种新型起动机的机械传动规律。
Based on analyzing the composition and working principle of a new guiding and meshing starter,this paper proposes a method to convert model's sports of the new starter into the STEP function's motion control in UG simulation module,and to conduct motion control simulation of this new starter and transmission part(fly wheel)based on time,so as to obtain all moving parts and fly wheel's change character of movement during different time periods,which can facilitate the designer in better understanding the characteristics of the mechanical drive of the new starter.
